The alternative clothing designs of Jed Phoenix of London are categorised by collection. As you can see here, however, garments from different ranges go very well together. If you would like further information and advice about creating an alternative clothing style that isn't featured here, please email

"City Punk collection - Military style clothing with an alternative twist"
The City Punk collection features bondage jackets, skirts with riding crop pockets, military style hats, and knee length skirt.
"Urban Squire range - Men's waistcoats, alternative kilts, pinstripe ties and straight jacket fashion"
The Urban Squire range features items aimed mainly at men and it compliments the Victoriana collection beautifully.

"Self tailoring collection - taking the punk rock look and alternative gothic style to a new level"
The Self Tailoring range was Jed's debut collection after her Obscure Labels T-shirts, and features the ever popular strap trousers, tailcoat, laced jacket and laced trousers.
"Victoriana collection - pinstripe clothing with a modern twist"
The Victoriana collection is popular with women of all shapes, sizes and professions, from nurses to Dominatrixes!

"Twist of English Empire - Dom and sub clothes for the alternative lifestyle"
The latest collection to be added to the Jed Phoenix of London range, the Twist of English Empire draws inspiration from the fetish scene and BDSM lifestyle, where the power dynamics and master and servant scenarios are safe, sane and consensual, and sometimes quite tongue-in-cheek.
All garments are hand made in London by a small team of people (except the mens and womens shirts - these are bought in from Fruit of the Loom and are added to rather than sewn from scratch). We aim to make beautiful alternative clothes that stand the test of time, and that fit the wearers they are intended for, that is, you. As you might not be an 'average' size, we make clothes that fit a range of body shapes, from a 24 inch to a 44 inch waist as standard.
Here's where to find information about how to measure yourself (or, better still, have someone else measure you - it's much more fun, and accurate!)
