"From a resource for those on the Midland's BDSM scene to UK's longest running fetish market"

Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar banner

Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar was established in September 1999 because there was nowhere for people on the Midlands BDSM scene to shop and socialise. Over the years, Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar has become the largest fetish market in the UK, and it's reach has gone beyond just the Midlands BDSM scene. It now attracts around 700 visitors, both newbies and regulars, from all over the UK, and some from overseas. There are over 35 stalls selling a range of kinky things, from bondage tape to leather coats, medical fetish gear to corsets, dungeon furniture to skirts with riding crop pockets. Entry to BBB is just £5. Jed Phoenix of London has had a regular pitch at Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar since June 2005 and has built a good reputation at this well established UK fetish market. There is a good mix of people who go to BBB - all sexual orientations and persuasions, couples, singles, groups of friends, male, female, TVs and TSs - anyone from 18 to 80.

"Location of Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar and what goes on at this monthly UK fetish market"

Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar is held on the third Sunday of every month, between 11am and 5pm, at The Nightingale Club, located in the Chinese Quarter of the City, just two minutes away from New Street Station. Stallholders are spread over two floors of the three floor nightclub venue, and there is a lift for wheelchair access, are two bars, a self contained restaurant, a cloakroom and a third floor room where demos and/or workshops take place. There is no dress code at Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar. Some people dress up in full fetish gear, some don't, others are led around on leads. All the BBB ask is that everyone is over 18 and respects other attendees and stallholders at this popular UK fetish market.

Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar is held on the third Sunday of the month between 11am and 5pm at the Nightingale Club, Essex House, Kent Street, Digbeth, Birmingham, B5 6RD. Entry is £5
