Always utterly fantastic!

How was the interaction with us when you made your purchase?

Great! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and (best of all) will give you an honest response to your question of 'does my bum look big in this?' The nicest thing of all is actually being able to speak to the designer, to find out what instigated the thought process behind the piece.

What do you think about the quality of the goods?

Quality is excellent. Thoroughly made will great attention to detail.

Is it value for money?

Most definitely yes! Where would you find such exquisite pieces of handmade work for a similar price. (Having said that, if the prices were higher, I don't think we would be able to purchase them. For us, the price is spot on. I feel the designer is getting a good price for her piece, and in return, I am getting something that is very individual and very good quality.)

Would you recommend Jed Phoenix of London to your friends, family or colleagues?

Yes, and we have. :-)

What comments have you had from other people?

'Is that a strait jacket?!' (yup!) 'cool jacket' 'only you would wear something like that!'

Is there anything you didn't like?

Can't think of a single thing.

What improvements could be made to the level of service, the goods you've bought or any other aspect of what we provide?

For us, I don't think there are any improvements to be made. We know where we can buy your clothes, and we know that they can be tailor made to fit us (which is great as we're so tall!). The biggest benefit is, as noted above, is being able to talk to Jed - to actually get to know the individual behind the products. That's what you're really buying.... a piece of Jed.
