About ordering
All garments that are not already in stock are made to order.
All fabrics are subject to availability and may vary from time to time. If you would like a complete matching outfit, it is recommended that you order the required garments at the same time, as this will ensure a good fabric match.
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the appropriate size for garments ordered. If you have any doubt regarding the self tailoring collection, please provide your actual waist and chest measurements.
Please allow up to 30 days for your order to be processed, manufactured and delivered. If, however, there is an expected delay in getting your order to you (for example, if there is a delay in Jed Phoenix of London receiving an item from a fabric or trimmings supplier, or if there is a postal strike, or any other reason), you will be notified by email of such a delay.

Payment and delivery
All prices are in UK pounds sterling.
Full payment, including delivery cost, must be paid in full (in UK pounds sterling) before orders are despatched.

Purchases made via Nochex will come up on your bank or card statement as "Nochex". If you experience any difficulties using Nochex, please refer to www.nochex.com/shoppers/


Proof of posting certificates will be obtained by Jed Phoenix of London for any orders sent by first class (UK) or by Airmail (international).
Tracking numbers will be obtained by Jed Phoenix of London for First class Signed For (Recorded delivery), Special Delivery, Airsure (available only to certain destinations - see below) or International Signed For.

Airsure can only be used to send to the following countries:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
World zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.

World zone two: New Zealand

Please choose either International Signed For or Airmail if you reside in a country, other than the UK, that is not stated above.


Manufacturing faults and returns
Manufacturing faults must be reporting in writing ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) within 14 days of the order being received by the customer. If it is agreed, the item must then be returned to Jed Phoenix t/as Obscure Labels, 29 Marie Curie House, Sceaux Gardens, Camberwell, London SE5 7DG UK. The customer should obtain a receipt for the postage costs and forward this to Jed Phoenix of London (address above) in order to qualify for a postage refund. A replacement, repair, or equivalent (for example, a credit note or refund), will then be sent, at no extra cost to the customer.

If a fault arises with the item ordered within 2 months of delivery to the customer, this should also be reported to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for negotiation as to it’s rectification.


Cooling off period/right to cancel
According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 working days after the goods are received. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) - of your decision to cancel, and you must return the unworn or unused item as soon as possible to Jed Phoenix, 29 Marie Curie House, Sceaux Gardens, Camberwell, London SE5 7DG UK. It is advisable that, if you do wish to exercise your right to cancel, that you follow up your written correspondance with a telephone call to +44(0)20 7703 2057 or +44(0)7092 107029, to ensure that your letter or email has been received by us.

It is your responsibility to pay the full postage for the return of the cancelled order. You should obtain proof of posting, at the very least, that can be produced in the event that you need to prove that you have returned the goods.

Your money will be reimbursed as soon as possible, and in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days.

Exceptions to right to cancel

According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you cannot cancel your order if your goods are made to your specifications (for example, if the order is made to measure)
