Terms and Conditions

It's important that you read our Terms and Conditions before you buy from the Jed Phoenix of London (JPOL) online shop. They are pretty straightforward and standard. Our terms and conditions include information about ordering, delivery, your right to cancel (according to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000), exceptions to the right to cancel, and what to do if there's a problem with the item you've received.
